Full tuition less $25 processing fee is given if cancelled 45 days or more before start of workshop.

No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 45 days before start of workshop.

Refunds are always a tricky thing - if you cancel less than 45 days before the workshop begins, and we can't fill that space, we could be 'stuck' doing a workshop for less than is profitable, yet we would still be committed to those still signed up. This is why we cannot refund tuitions within the 45 day window.

Trip insurance, if you are flying/renting cars, is always a good idea in the event you have to cancel due to illness or job issues.
