Payment and Cancellation Policies:

These apply only to the Mentor Series and other events hosted by Brenda Tharp and Awe & Wonder Workshops. All other workshops and events organized through various companies will have their own cancellation policies.
Payment Policy: Posted fee is for tuition only. All other expenses including transportation, accommodations, and meals are the responsibility of the participant.

A $300 deposit is required to confirm your registration. (unless otherwise noted).
The full balance is due 60 days prior to the start of the workshop.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel 60 days out from the start, we’ll refund the money paid at that point less a $45 administrative fee. If you cancel 0-59 days prior to the start, we’ll refund the tuition less the deposit. No refund will be made for any cancellation made 29 days or less before the program begins.

If by chance we have to cancel a workshop or tour on our end, we will notify you immediately. We truly hope that doesn’t happen but if it does, you will receive a full refund of any money paid at that point.

Brenda Tharp Photography and/or Jed Manwaring Photography are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a course cancellation. If you are flying to the tour or workshop, we recommend that you purchase refundable airline tickets. We also suggest Trip Cancellation Insurance in the even that you have to cancel for health reasons or we end up canceling the program. There are many companies that provide trip interruption or cancellation insurance.

Returning Participant Discount: For more than one workshop taken in the same workshop year – participants will get a 10% discount.
