“I love being out early to capture mist rising on a lake, or to witness the rainbow of dawn’s colors as they are painted across the sky. A great photo takes planning, preparation and a bit of luck and timing, but it still feels like a gift when I’m out there and it all comes together.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and for viewing my photographs.“
“We shall be known for the tracks we leave behind.” Native American Proverb
My goal is to transport viewers to the locations I have photographed and share the experience I’ve had by creating images of nature and wildlife. It is my desire that my imagems will inspire and bring joy to those that view them. My time spent in nature brings a healing to my soul like no other activity can.
I am drawn to light, shape, texture, color and moments of perception. In my exploration of nature, I thrill at the prospect of discovering something new, or seeing something familiar in a fresh way. I love it when something stops me in my tracks and says ‘photograph me.’
I am truly honored if you choose to hang my photographs in your home, office, or business. To view my images and purchase archival pigment prints, please visit the Portfolios section of this website.
In additional to creating and selling fine art prints, I am a passionate workshop instructor, author, and inspirational speaker.
I was honored to be invited by Dewitt Jones to participate in his wonderful www.healingimages.org project.
